Enterprise Salesforce Transformation
Series C SaaS Company — Full Revenue Stack Overhaul
A $100M+ beverage technology company had outgrown its Salesforce implementation. Years of ad-hoc customization had created a fragile system that was actively slowing down the sales team. I was brought in to rebuild it from the ground up.
The Challenge
The existing Salesforce org had accumulated years of technical debt. Lead routing took over 2 hours, sales reps were working around broken automations, and the lack of integration between systems meant data lived in silos across the organization. Compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA) added additional complexity.
My Approach
I took a ground-up approach: audited the entire existing system, mapped every process and integration, then designed a modern architecture that could scale with the company's growth trajectory. Rather than a big-bang migration, I built and deployed in phases to minimize disruption.

Growth-Stage SaaS — GTM Systems Modernization
A fast-growing SaaS company in the entertainment technology space needed to completely rethink their revenue systems architecture to support their next phase of scaling. Their existing setup couldn't handle the complexity of their evolving business model.
The Challenge
The company had multiple disconnected systems handling different parts of the revenue process. Sales, onboarding, and account management teams were all working from different data sources. Reporting was manual and unreliable, and the lack of a unified customer view was creating friction across the entire customer lifecycle.
My Approach
Designed a unified revenue architecture centered on Salesforce, with clean integrations to their existing tools. Focused on creating a single source of truth for customer data while automating the handoffs between sales, implementation, and account management.

Family Foundation — Donor Management Platform
A family foundation needed a modern donor management system to replace their spreadsheet-based tracking. I designed and implemented a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solution that gave them real visibility into their donor relationships and program impact.
The Challenge
The foundation was managing all donor relationships, grants, and program tracking through spreadsheets and email. As they grew, they needed a system that could handle more sophisticated donor engagement, reporting, and compliance requirements — without overwhelming a small team.
My Approach
Implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud with a focus on simplicity and usability. Built custom objects for program tracking, automated donation receipts and acknowledgments, and created dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility into foundation performance.

Built a custom AI-powered platform that combines multiple data sources, automated workflows, and intelligent agents to streamline day-to-day operations. A practical application of how AI/ML can augment revenue operations work.
The Challenge
Modern RevOps involves managing dozens of tools, data sources, and processes. I wanted to build something that could intelligently connect these systems and surface the right information at the right time — reducing context-switching and manual data gathering.
My Approach
Designed an agent-based architecture that integrates with Salesforce, email, calendar, project management, and financial systems. Built custom AI agents that can analyze data, generate reports, and automate routine operational tasks.
