The Challenge

The existing Salesforce org had accumulated years of technical debt. Compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA) added additional complexity.

I took a ground-up approach: audited the entire existing system, mapped every process and integration, then designed a modern architecture that could scale with the company's growth trajectory. Rather than a big-bang migration, I built and deployed in phases to minimize disruption.

A fast-growing SaaS company in the entertainment technology space needed to completely rethink their revenue systems architecture to support their next phase of scaling. Their existing setup couldn't handle the complexity of their evolving business model.

The Challenge

The company had multiple disconnected systems handling different parts of the revenue process. Sales, onboarding, and account management teams were all working from different data sources. Reporting was manual and unreliable, and the lack of a unified customer view was creating friction across the entire customer lifecycle.
